I have always been interested in people, having come from a successful career in Public Relations. In my capacity as a therapist, the focus is on the individual, and how life has an impact on health. I am an avid believer in supporting people to become more aware of their own role towards achieving a much healthier and more balanced way to live. Part of this education is reflected in my interest in writing articles about natural health.
I first trained as a homeopath, going on to receive my B.Sc[Hons] from Middlesex University. Homeopathy is where I found a whole new way of looking at health - the holistic framework of physical, mental and emotional. I later went on to train as a craniosacral therapist, and was awarded the Diploma in Craniosacral Therapy from Europe’s most established college, with Thomas Atlee at the College of Craniosacral Therapy, covering bioenergetic structural, biodynamic craniosacral therapy, and mindfulness training.
I am a registered member of the Society of Homeopaths [RSHom], and a Communications Trustee and member of the leading CST charity, Craniosacral Therapy Association UK.
